Two-day Soft Skills Training Programme for Final Year Students
A two-day soft-skills training programme was successfully conducted for final year B.Com, B.A, and BCA
students. The event was organized by the Ramakrishna Hegde Skill Development Centre (RHSDC), Udupi, in
collaboration with Konkan Railway under its CSR initiative.
RHSDC aims to enhance employability through modules such as Communication Skills, CV Writing, Interview
Techniques, and other essential soft skills.
Career Counselling Program with 'The First Phoenix'
In collaboration with "The First Phoenix," this session focused on the RIASEC model to help students
identify their career interest areas (Realistic, Investigative, Artistic, Social, Enterprising, and
Conventional).
Skill Development Training with Unnati Foundation
A collaborative workshop with Unnati Foundation Mangalore focusing on industry-ready skill sets and
professional advancement for the student body.
